Shipping and deliveries

How is my order packaged?

All items will be affixed to a jewellery card, wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a recycled card box. I use home-compostable post packs by Hero Packaging Co. If your order doesn’t fit in these post packs (for example, a crown or large order), it will be placed in an Australia Post pack.

All items are packaged with the utmost care to ensure safe travels and that your item arrives in pristine condition.

Local Hand delivery

I offer local delivery in the greater Hobart area for $5. The item will be delivered within 2-3 days. If you select this option, your order will be placed in a paper bag in your letterbox, or front door if it doesn't fit in the letterbox. Please only select this option if you are happy with the terms.

Australian Shipping Costs

All orders will be sent with Australia Post. You can choose $9 for Regular Post or $12 for Express Post.

Please visit the Australia Post website for an estimation of the delivery time for your destination.

All orders over $100 via regular post will be shipped for free.

All orders over $150 Express Post will be shipped for free.

International Shipping

Ruth Evenhuis Designs is not currently set up to ship overseas. If you wish to order outside of Australia, please send an email to hello@ruthevenhuisdesigns.com so that we can work out shipping arrangements.
