Hera Earrings

Hera Earrings

The Hera Earrings take inspiration from ancient Greek poetry and the Queen of the Gods. In the Iliad, Homer refers to Hera wearing pearl earrings, saying, “In three bright drops, her glittering gems suspended from her ears.”

The Hera Earrings are approximately 43mm long, with three silver beads and three freshwater Baroque pearls hanging from each 23mm diameter hoop earring.

These goddess-inspired earrings are made by hand in nipaluna (Hobart), Tasmania, from reclaimed vintage pearls and ethically-sourced sterling silver. Please be aware that this piece is handmade from reclaimed vintage pearls, and future earrings may differ slightly in appearance.
